If you were to ask me what my guilty pleasure is, I'd say anything coffee related. Nothing beats waking up in the morning to a freshly brewed pot of hot coffee. Actually, scratch that. An afternoon pick-me-up coffee is a game changer. 

You know how I feel about Pumpkin Spice. This blondie loves the summer but I thrive in the fall. So here's my take on Starbuck's Pumpkin Spice Lattes. 

Pumpkin Spice Latte Keto Recipe
Ingredients Needed
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream 
  • 1 tbsp 100% pumpkin puree 
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 pumpkin pie spice
  • 4oz strongly brewed coffee 
  • 2 tbsp swerve confectioners 
  • Optional: Keto-friendly whipped cream
    Instructions 
    1. Gather all ingredients in a blender - blend until smooth
    2. Microwave to your desired temperature (I like mine for 40 secs)
    3. Top it off with Keto whipped cream or more pumpkin spice
