PSL but Make it Keto
If you were to ask me what my guilty pleasure is, I'd say anything coffee related. Nothing beats waking up in the morning to a freshly brewed pot of hot coffee. Actually, scratch that. An afternoon pick-me-up coffee is a game changer.
You know how I feel about Pumpkin Spice. This blondie loves the summer but I thrive in the fall. So here's my take on Starbuck's Pumpkin Spice Lattes.
Ingredients Needed

1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

1 tbsp 100% pumpkin puree

1 tbsp vanilla extract
-
1/2 pumpkin pie spice

4oz strongly brewed coffee
-
2 tbsp swerve confectioners

Optional: Keto-friendly whipped cream
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients in a blender - blend until smooth
- Microwave to your desired temperature (I like mine for 40 secs)
- Top it off with Keto whipped cream or more pumpkin spice
